Family-owned restaurant in the beautiful surroundings of black sand beaches and hills of one of the most visited towns in the south of Iceland, Vik.
WHAT IS THE SOUP COMPANY?
We started our business in 2017 in a food truck converted from a WW2 military container.
In 2018 we got our permanent home in the “old supermarket” along with the now famous start up company Lava Show!
We wanted to bring some of our tastiest recipes alive and introduce it to the people of Vík and all the wonderful travellers that come through our little town. We like to believe we did that with flying colours!
